Return & Refund Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your purchase. For a change-of-mind return, cufflinks must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging. These ordinary conditions do not prevent claims for defects, damage or incorrect items discovered while inspecting your purchase.

Contact [email protected] with your order number and reason before sending a return. Obtain authorization and return instructions. Our authorized return address is 130 Rue Des Couronnes, 75020 Paris, France.

We pay return shipping when an item is defective, damaged, incorrect or affected by our error. You pay return shipping for a change of mind. There is no restocking fee. Approved refunds include the returned item's purchase price; authorized company-responsibility return shipping is covered by us.

After approval, funds will be returned to the original payment account within 10 days. Contact us for help with a return or refund.
